Our principal Leo Paternoster has been active in the Strata Management field as both a Strata Manager and Director since 1981. The company is a family business with Leo & David Paternoster working and overseeing in our Wollongong & Nowra offices.
We recognise that the success or failure of the strata management process will depend on the training, education, experience, skills, knowledge and judgement of the people involved. Our key personnel have the background to meet all the challenges presented within and outside a strata scheme.

Our firm commenced operation within the South Coast area in September 2001, and have concentrated our efforts solely on Strata Title Management. Since that time, we have expanded our services so that we now manage approximately over 550 Owners Corporations from Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Shoalhaven & Eurobodalla.
Integrity Strata’s expertise in management and consultancy extends to all facets of strata, including residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use and community schemes, as well as Building Management Committees. Integrity Strata also offer services to developers in regards to consultancy and setting up Owners Corporations in their initial period.

David has worked in the property and strata industry for 17 years and is the sole director, responsible for guiding the strategic direction and overall operations of the offices in Nowra and Wollongong.
David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role, steering both his team and his clients with strategic insight. He manages a portfolio of prestigious properties and clients, ensuring that each receives the highest level of service.
David specialises in the management of Strata, Community, and Building Management Committee (BMC) style schemes and plays a key role in providing clients with extensive knowledge and experience to ensure they avoid any unnecessary stress and hassle. As a dedicated leader, David is committed to fostering a collaborative work environment, ensuring that all parties involved work effectively together to achieve successful outcomes. He is focused on continuous improvement and innovation within the business, aligning the company’s goals with the evolving needs of the industry.
David’s leadership encompasses strategic planning, risk management, and long-term growth, positioning the company as a trusted and reliable partner in the property and strata industry.
